Gary joined his Sleepy Hollow/Ravensworth neighbors at a meet and greet on Sunday.
Even through the rain storm, people wanted to meet Gary and let him know about their concerns. And what were those concerns?
Gary is hearing more and more about what is not getting done, even though promises have been made, for the past 24 years under Penny Gross.
For starters, lack of representation and concern about Mason District citizens’ input, lack of speed control in residential neighborhoods due to lack of police patrols to ensure compliance with speed limits, lack of budget prioritization resulting in spending on unnecessary bike lanes that are going unused, and in general, lack of comprehensive plan execution.
For example, there is no execution of the plan for Seven Corners and its impact on their neighborhood.
They are not happy that the plan calls for thousands of apartments in Seven Corners with no forethought as to schools or roads.
The Sleepy Hollow/Ravensworth neighbors all agreed it’s time for a change…even the Dems in the gathering said it’s time for a change. It’s time to select the candidate who has, can, and will get things done!
Vote for Gary Aiken for Mason District Supervisor on November 5 or go early and vote NOW! For more information and to donate, go to www.garyaiken.org and let’s win with Gary, and vote for change!
